| I am a group commander of 11 units with over 500 members. When I download the CAPWATCH data for my entire group, it is imported into SIMS as a group. Is there any way to run reports by individual unit, i.e. a membership roster for a single unit? |

If you have Capwatch download for your group, you also have capwatch for units within that group. Yopu would have to make seperate SIMS for each ie sims-fl361
That way you will be able to see each units infomation
If units are using SIMS they can make an export info file for thier unit and send to you and you can inport it
Hope this helps as I was a Group Personel officer and used it that way

I woudl suggest a smaller fix. If you go into the squadron admin section, you can name any amount of flights that you would like. I would make each unit in your group a flight there and then on the master record of each member assign them to the correct flight. It is labor intensive, however then you can use the reports already built in to get information on each unit.
It is the first that came to mind. |
